Dear Participant, thank you for taking time to partcipate in this survey. My name is Aleksandra Puk and I am a student at Kozminski University in Warsaw, Poland. The survey you are about to take is a part of a research study for my master’s thesis. The study concerns the determinants of stress in the workplace and is divided into three sections. It should take between 12 to 15 minutes to complete.
